Just prior to 7:00am, Adams Area firefighters responded to assist Middlesex Township with a dwelling fire. Engine 42 dropped a supply line from the road and positioned behind Attack 16. A water supply was established and firefighters from Adams (42), Middlesex (16), and Richland (241) made quick work of an attic fire. A passerby who stopped and woke the family enabled all occupants to escape the home safely.
