Tonight's training consisted of crosslay deployment with Engine 42 and driver training with water supply training from Tanker 19. Engine crews simulated deploying the crossslays and advancing the line while flowing water as Tanker 19 trained a new driver on supplying the engine with water. We managed four evolutions of training before the light show started in the night sky with the lightning cutting the training short. Crews then returned to headquarters and conducted familiarization with the rope systems from the Rescue.
