42 and Mutual Aid units were alerted for a report of a Living Room on fire in Mars Borough. Engine-2 Responded quickly with 3. Crews arrived to find a small fire in the Dining room of the residence and a moderate smoke condition throughout the home. The fire was quickly contained and the damage was minimal.

It is believed that the fire was caused by a candle left burning. Please remember to not leave burning candles unattended!
