Engine 42 arrived and found smoke in the structure and upgraded the assignment. It was also found that the smoke was coming from an unidentified 55 Gallon drum inside the building, and the Haz-Mat team was requested as well. Crews removed the drum from the building and began to cool it. It was later determined that the drum contained epoxy that was having a reaction due to a manufacturing process. There were no hazards to personnel, or the environment. Crews cooled the drum until it stopped smoking and the structure was ventilated before being turned back over to the staff.
