Our new Adams Area Fire District building is located at 645 Route 228 Mars PA 16046 and will be complete in the near future. Our Fire Department protects our families, our homes and property, our schools, churches and our local businesses in Adams Township and the surrounding area. The Adams Area Fire District is a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization. We are reaching out to our residents for a letter of support.

We have made a submission requesting RACP grant funding. The Adams Area Fire Department needs your help. A letter of support from our community residents to submit with the grant application is critical to help secure grant funding. Please state in your letter why this new building is important to our community. This grant that the township has applied for will help offset construction costs of a multi-million dollar state of the art building and provide the best fire protection for the community for many years to come. This building will have an expanded live in area and an onsite training area. The expanded live in program will provide faster service and reduced call times. The training area will allow on site training and help reduce travel time and expense for the volunteers.
