While awaiting the weekend winter storm that is or isn't, Adams Area has 14 firefighters rotating in with 2 crews staffed and ready to respond in the event of an emergency. There will also be crews bunking in for the night at HQ. Since it appears this storm may disappoint many (especially those who predicted it), crews trained on SCBA familiarization, hose loads, hoseline deployment, and some ropes and knots training. We're not going to let a bust of a good snowstorm keep us idled.
