The Adams Area Fire District would like to extend a special thank you to Jimmy's Strip District Grille for offering up coffee and hot chocolate to the firefighters operating this morning on the chimney fire. When Jimmy drove by the fire scene this morning and saw us operating in the cold winter conditions while on his way in to prepare for his day, he immediately made contact with our department secretary Nan McCormick to offer up coffee and hot chocolate for us to get warmed back up.

This kind of appreciation and sense of community is greatly appreciated by all of us at Adams Area, and is a morale booster that cannot be described but with a big heartfelt THANK YOU!!
