Last night, Adams Area members attended a training focused on the care of our beloved pets in an emergency situation. Karen Sabol of the Westmoreland/Fayette/Allegheny CART organization provided excellent instruction on pet CPR, first aid, and oxygen administration.

5 kits, each contaning 3 various sizes of pet oxygen masks and first-aid kits were presented as donation to the district by Lisa Lendl-Lander of The Need Knots.

These kits will be placed into service on 3 front line apparatus and the 2 command buggies for immediate use so we may further help our residents. After all, pets are family, too.
