Santa C submitting to a uniform inspection by then-Chief CV "Bud" Hager. The other "handler" appears to be Mrs. Claus in plain clothes. In real life it was Patti Marburger, and Santa was her husband, Chuck Marburger. Chuck served as Santa at the MVFC children's Christmas party for years. Typically, he would also make the rounds at St. John's Lutheran Home as well, visiting the elderly residents.
